I’ve been just maintaining here for about 3 weeks, and I’m trying to not worry about it too much. If I can hover at this weight for a few more weeks, I’ll still be technically losing since my body is gaining fluid and other weight during the second trimester. I know that in my other pregnancies, I stopped losing and started gaining during this point of the second trimester. But I’m struggling to get my head around switching from losing to maintaining.
Also, this week, my appetite has returned. However, morning sickness is still happening which I hoped would be over by now.
Thanks for reading my concerns. My OB agrees that losing/maintaining weight is a good way to proceed for the remainder of my pregnancy, but I know that gets harder and harder.
