Hey, Kat! I eat Greek Yogurt for sure. If you don't like the taste of it, how about adding a teaspoon or two of sugar free jam to provide the flavor? Or cocoa powder and a squirt of Stevia for a chocolate pudding treat... Good luck!

Any milk product will do, cheese, milk, cottage cheese.

I wasn't a fan of yogurt, but I find that I really do like "Two Good" Greek yogurt. Also, if you add a 1/2 cup of frozen berries to it, you get a wonderful desert.

if you don't like it don't eat it. eat what you want. it doesn't matter as long as you're within your calorie goal.

I prefer cottage cheese, but I use NF greek yogurt as a mixer for a lot of stuff.

Some of the key benefits of yogurt are derived from it being a fermented food, which provides probiotics. Alternative fermented foods: Kefir, Sauerkraut.
Tempeh. Natto. Cheese. Kombucha. Miso. Kimchi. Some brands of pickles.

Eva nailed it…if you’re looking for the probiotic benefit, which I imagine you are based on your previous posts, all of the foods she mentioned can provide similar benefit. Everyone has a unique gut…what works for one may not work for another. Rick, I don’t think this is a CICO question…sometimes folks are looking for a balanced nutrient diet and it’s not as basic as CICO. I don’t eat yogurt because to make it taste good for me you have to add 15g of sugar. I do use skyr as an ingredient in my waffles though…adds some good protein.
