Good morning fellow focused eaters,
An FYI for all who have taken the time to pray and think of my son Ryan. He has finished his first round of Chemo and his doctors UCSD are waiting for his white blood cells to increase.
We are battling and that's all that counts. Your prayers are much appreciated!
As for me, I'm slowly, heading in the right direction. Navy Seal David Goggins said it best..."take it one drip at a time!"
You want to fill that cup? It won't happen automatically but it will happen, so recognize the journey and see the progress, even just one drip at a time.
