30 minute speed rope session last night.
I am taking this week off from lifting. I have been lifting pretty much non-stop for 14 months, and after being on a deficit for the past 6 weeks my body is beat. Going to use those extra hours that I normally spend at the gym catching up on some sleep and recovering.
However, I will still be doing a 30 minute speed rope session every night this week to keep from being a couch potato.
