Abs Roller: 2x25 Hanging Leg Raise: 3x25
Looks like I'll be participating in the Spartan Super in Boston this June. For now my training will continute to work on strength and cardiovascular health, come February I will begin training for the event.

Nickolas. You beat me to it. Beautiful animal, Chad. I just bought have a beef raised by a antibiotic free rancher. I'm looking forward to chowing down. Do you hang it and butcher it yourself? It's not that hard. It just takes some time. There are lots of vids on youtube as well.

I had a local pro do it, I like to support people like him because they normally work butcher jobs at local shops making little money, and do deer cutting as a supplimental income. Plus he makes the best venison sausage around.

The spartan super is an 8-10 mile obstacle course. Lots of pushing, pulling, climbing, jumping, crawling, and carrying of heavy objects. Designed to "Test a Spartan's endurance".

Nice! We have some tough mudders around here - as well as some urban runs that are close - sounds like a tough test.
