after doing very well months ago, life got the best of me and i gained back everything that i worked so hard to get lose. now here i am , 10 lbs heavier than when i started in the first place. between work, family, stress, lack of sleep and many other things, i just gave up. so i got to thinking one day about how crappy things were going and it hit me...i was happiest when i was doing my atkins. i wasnt grumpy i wasnt tired all the time and i for sure wasnt hungry all the time. so im back, and have made a commitment along with my husband, that we are here to stay for good. so im starting over, from the start and maybe ill even do better this time since i didnt rush in this go round.
