I'm brand new to this app.
I live in New Hampshire, USA.
Can anyone who is using the Keto Diet with this app, tell me how they like using it. Does it allow you to set your own macro percentages?

Any helpful suggestions would be wonderful!

For keto I pick the option for the app to count netcarbs and just go from there. And yes you can set your own macros Hope you will like it

Welcome to this supportive group! My suggestion is to read all food labels to ensure that there are no ‘hidden’ sugars. These will throw one out of ketosis.

I chose Keto but I didn't see net carbs anywhere. I am also diabetic and still need to track goal carbs too. This is only my second day so I am still struggling. Thanks!
