3rd day of the cleanse. Got adapted to it. Not feeling hungry. Not feeling dizzy. Maybe because green tea was the first thing I took in the morning, then some slices of papaya and some slices of orange. So I have more than enough energy now.

The further changes that I planned to make in my life are:
*Green tea daily
*More water
*Eat clean(cook own food as much as possible)- Don't even ask how it feels to cook when you're not in the mood for it. Just chopping some vegetables, throw them in the pressure cooker. Done.
Still 62 kg. I need to move more and eat more organised. At least my skin is getting better.
I have 4 more days of the cleanse. Then implement more lifestyle changes.
The point is to walk/run 15-20 km /day.
I'm trying to do the HIIT as much as possible but I still fail because I either do not have the knowledge or the endurance to do the things right.
Who has a fitbit device or some other type of pedometer? Which are not so expensive ones that can get recharged and last long time?
Does that really motivate you to move more?
I found fatsecret motivating enough not to give up on weightloss, because there were times of plateaus when I just wanted to quit then , there was that fatsecret reminder that made me come back and try one more time, and one more time and so forth until almost 20 kg/40 pounds vanished.
1 year ago I would have been happy to be 60-62 kg. Now I am 62 kg and I wish 6 pack. I wish to be able to run a half-marathon(I do not dare to hope for a marathon) without falling breathless. I wish to be stronger to d pushups or lift my kid better(I have problems when I lift my son above my head), because the kid really enjoys playing and it would be cool to have enough stamina to keep up with the little one.
Still doing the Yoga commitment. (Yesterday I celebrated 3 months of Yoga) 9 months left to go.
