work outs have been unimpressive last few days., but I have done some along with my 100 crunches @ 30 weight. trying to focus on at least getting my steps in. My disability makes the heat very hard on me. Also had a migraine all day so was lucky to get anything done at all. Can't win them all. 🙏🏼
