Yesterday I had over 20,000 steps, woo hoo! It felt good to get in such a great workout. As I was riding my stationary bike it occurred to me that I haven't increased the resistance in a while (long while) so I did and was still about to stay at 15 mph for the duration of my biking. That is a win.
