I still have a longgggg way to go, and weight might not be coming off on the scales as much as I would like.....but this morning I am wearing (comfortably) a pair of jeans I haven't been able to get into for a few years :)

Muscle is way heavier. My friend who is 7 kilo lighter than me wears jeans which are tight on her and not on me cause my legs are muscly from using my machine. I dont let the scale rule me too much but more the clothes I wear. :)
