well todays was ok for breakfast i ate 2 eggs,lunch i had some salad n a piece of bread n dinner was this lean cuisine n a piece of fish,i did a lil work out. im tired n hungry but im going to sleep so i dont eat,tho today when ever i felt hungry i tried to do something else,like go outside insted of eating cause im board.
