hello pepole,so yesturday wasn,t the best i really didnt do much...but i didnt eat much either,i had 2 turkey sandwiches n for dinner a lean pocket so not bad,but no work outs,i was doing spring clening,but back on track today. for breakfast a piece of toastn water lunch a bean burito n dinner oxtails,yumm..... n i went to the gym today as well...cant wait till monday to weigh in i hope i dont fuck up during the weekend
