Oh my goodness! Has it only been nearly two years since my last post. Clearly I am the last of the fatsecret haphazard fat trackers :). So, weight in last Saturday at 218. My lowest weight in two years. Yea! Missed a Lasik pill and gained 4 lbs. Ugh. Spent the extended weekend with daughter Laura and hubby. Ate sensibly, although had a couple extra cocktail and bottle of some really fine wine. Not looking forward to my weight-in tomorrow.
