Good morning FS friends.
It’s been 8 days since my injection, and weight has finally started dropping in the right direction. Steroid injection always put on a few pounds, takes a week to ten days for the weight to get back on track. This is a monthly occurrence, and it really is a disappointment to me. No matter how careful I am eating, i always gain a few, with a 7-10 day stall….
38’s still a little snug, I figure when I meet the new goal, they will fit perfectly
