190 mark / moderate to intense weight training and basic training. No cardio (my lungs take it bad) 4-5 days a week. Low carb diet, a little above keto diet.
High proteins on workout days. Going lower than a regular caloric deficit. Taking vitamins.

Yes I might do light walking. I forget that’s also an option and the reason is because I am prone to bronchitis. Overworking my lungs tends to get me sick or a viral infection leading to it.

Thank you avocado tea. Yes it’s been really tough. I don’t recommend it for the unhealthy side effects since I always eat 1000-800 calories a day and my RDI is 2400 But am willing to go the extreme to fully go back into a healthy physique. I make sure to eat potassium, magnesium, sodium rich foods. And take vitamins. And just now I learned that I need to take electrolytes too. Sorry am saying too much.

Careful going to low on the calories you will deffintly being losing weight but your body can only burn so much fat per day and will swithch over and start to burn muscle instead 😃 just a suggestion 👍 nice work so far

Otb123 thanks man appreciate. I don’t recommend trying this method. Wouldn’t call it healthy at all. But am pushing myself to get to a healthy weight and bulk at the same time. My body is still adjusting to the new weight. Takes some time. For reference, I am healthy not pre-diabetic or diabetic (checked with the doc). But I do have extreme sleep apnea from obesity, psoriasis (skin issue) from obesity. I cut out alcohol and sodas out of my life. I had to do a lot of research into the types of foods I must consume, and new health habits. I’ve never been able to loose weight as much as I have with partial omad or fasting. But am also eating only 24-36% of my daily RDI which I don’t recommend, am kinda pushing myself to really get back to 136-146. I will try to take it easy. I really appreciate the comment. Thank you a lot 🙏
