Amazing progress sister! Don't ever feel demotivated even when you screwed up your diet or exercise routine. Not all effort is lost. One month wasn't that bad. You can recover for that with proper diet and exercise. Don't feel bad because we lose weight better when happy.

Hey @ashuvendrakumarpatwa tbh I am not that experienced but I guess I can share some tips which are really effective if she have never done diet or workout before then she should start slow. should not rush into it she needs to take small steps first here are some steps she could start from
1) have lemon with warm water or apple cider vinegar in the morning.
2) try to have 2.5 liter water a day
3) intermittent fasting
4) and she should reduce carb and increase protein
I would say start by having one healthy meal a day... Try to make it a habit and you will start seeing the results.
