Mother nature has been brutal in several areas of the country. I have been reading about the challenges some of us have been facing. I'm praying that everyone has been able to stay safe.
Maintenance has been going well as usual and yes, I'm still logging my food intake. I sometimes read where members state that they are returning to logging their meals. I can't help but to wonder why they stopped doing what was working so well for them. My activity was on track with three days of lifting at the gym.
