I'm baaaack... Well, haven't stood on the scales yet. Am going to do a 5 day detox after my mad month of booze and pies, and then take the plunge. So no alcohol, no processed foods, no cakes, no biscuits, no chocolate. Going to try to stick to lean meat, fish, eggs, veggies etc and wholegrain cereals. Should be EASY as it's ASPARAGUS SEASON! Yey!
