I'm disappointed in myself. Last night I gave into head hunger and mindlessly snacked on jerky and cashews. I know I should have weighed them out but didn't. I'm not sure how much I ate but I know it was quite a bit.

On a brighter note, I did my steady state cardio last night on the stationary bike. I did 60 minutes with the resistance set at 12 out of 20. I was covered in sweat and my legs were a little wobbly after I got done. Overall my legs were tired but I felt pretty good. Tonight I work out with the trainer.

That was yesterday and it's behind me. Today is a new day and I'm ready to take the challenge my mind has put out there for me. Yesterday was a minor skirmish I lost but the war I will win. There are no alternatives.

That's the mindset CH. So you had a moment of loose soil on the climb. Sharpen up those spikes today. Swing that pick ax a little harder. Take each step with a little more aggression. Just keep climbing brother & the rest will take care of itself. If you do not stop, you cannot fail.

at least it was cashews and jerky and not doritos and soda. Way to rock on the cardio .. I always feel redeemed after I do cardio when im bad.. wink wink...

Today is a new day, that's RIGHT! And it wasn't chips and candy, it was nuts and jerky, so it had nutritional value at the very least. Yesterday is over, tomorrow is unknown to us. today is what we deal with. You'll do great!

Awww - that is not too bad! Your body may have needed the extra calories with all the exercise you do. I think our body tells us things...
