Well, the diet started off GREAT this past week, however, I had my little brothers graduation party on Sunday and I made a lot of the sweet foods and what-not and it was REALLY hard to stay away from all of the food there. I think I sampled a little bit of everything! I really am back on track though for this week, and ready to start the ongoing weight loss phase of the Adkins diet. I really can't be disappointed with having lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks on the Adkins. I think that is a pretty impressive amount! The 4th of July is only a few weeks away, and my goal weight for that day is only 3 pounds away. I can do it!
