We have had a busy weekend. We drove for hours to a funeral on Friday. Then we had out-of-town guests all weekend. We ate most meals in restaurants resulting in substantial weight gain today. Luckily, his weight entry is for the week of May 14 thru the 20th of May. Hopefully, I can recover by next weekend. My average body fat percentage for last week is 19.8%. CICO
