A loss is a loss but wish it was coming off a little faster. I'm going to stop putting my bone density down. I don't have any degenerative diseases that make it necessary to track. Anyway. Still trying to get to my first goal of 200 lbs before I make my trip to see a friend in September. I don't think she's seen me at that weight before.
