I know I haven't hit my rdi for the day, since I skipped breakfast (by mistake) and just had lunch (a veggie burger patty and a bunch of lettuce, cranberry juice). But right now, I'm not really hungry. I'm also trying to stop myself from eating just because I can or need something to do.

I feel like I should eat, but I also feel like I shouldn't. :S

Sometimes we can eat too little - and it messes up our metabolism.

Breakfast is very important for weight loss, if you skip breakfast you body goes into a survival mode and it is harder to loose weight. That is what I've read any way, and it seems to be true I've lost more weight since I've started making sure something is on my stomach within 2 hours of waking up....
