Talk about BAD ASS WORKOUT :)
I know HIIT has kicked my behind but today was awesome :)
Set 1: 3 minute intervals with 90seconds rest and 3 sets of each
-a bar with 15kg : deadlift and cling,set down, jump over bar, sprawler
First 1 of each, then 2, then 3, and so on as many as possible( I managed up to 6 on the first 2 sets and 7 on the last one)
-16kg Kettlebell 10 swings then 5 burpees ( no clue how many sets I did)
-same bar as above in cling position: squat and overhead press 6x followed by 6 deadlifts ( I think I managed 7 rounds in all 3 sets)
LOL...I was still sweating in the shower.
