I was simply shaking today and shivering. Then I had some sweets and got back on track.I'm fighting with the water bottle and doing my best to drink those 8 glasses /day.
in the quest of being healthier I decided to have more protein and here I am having shakes. It works someway means I have slightly more energy than before. Weightloss is hard to say because it's not bee a long time enough to assess it.
Ive been doing Yoga on and off this year. I guess the best benefit was making m mind more stable on top of getting rid of some kilos(I don't remember how much i had when I started-66 I guess and I'm now around 59 and 8 or 9 months down the line.
These days I have 3 personal challenges: -continue drinking shakes for the following 4 months -15 minutes of exercise /day to keep out backpains and edema -dinking enough water.
