Last week I ate a bit chaotic. Fish, rice with mashed potato, salads, apples, soups,bananas. And on top of all I had KFC. Lost 1 kg. Have no idea how, because I had the feeling that I ate allot and went overboard with quantities. Like sometimes big plates of food, salads with yogurt dressing,sweet coffee... My workout was some zumba here and there, 15 min of sit ups, and some house chores and running after kid. Oh yes and 1 round of volleyball plus another of badminton with the kids of neighbors. Nothing much.

I will try the same recipe this week. If my body likes losing weight on fish and salads than so be it.
