Been fasting today but ended up eating some guavas in the evening. The rule is smth like as long as all fine fasting, if feeling tired or smth then eat light food. Tomorrow I will have veggies and fruit, uncooked mostly.Then maybe I might go for one more fasting day, but need to be very careful with such.
The swollen leg is still bothering me. I'm still taking my medication, but the improvement is not that great. Will check the doctor soon to see what else is left to do to get rid of it.
