Awesome thanks for the confirmation 😃 any tips on how not to store food/pick up weight in the next week or so? I see my metabolism dropped with about 500cals

I've done the OMAD (focus on protein, healthy fats, NO junk) something like you've done here keeping the portion in moderation. Then go to 2-3 small meals for a few weeks. Allowing for 1 sm. planned treat end of day to look forward to so I don't completely blow it by too many restrictions. I hope this helps

Yes we just had a heat wave but cooler couple of days ahead. I was thinking OMAD like you said, soup tomorrow, bolognaise on Friday and Thai prawn rice on Saturday.. so this is no no? 😅 OMAD right up until Wednesday next with exercise 👍 when can I have wine again?

yikes, that's a tough one! Originally, I gave up starches (pasta/rice/potatoes) & sugars (sauces/wine) incl. wine with dinner for months and 'reset' what my body was craving for fuel. Now, those foods/drink, in moderation, don't stick to me anymore. Sorry, that's the only answer I have.

Yeah I read that this is a great way to reset your system 😃 will definitely try again in future but this one was a spiritual fast. Anyhoo, also couldn’t find anything online about the recommended time before you can have a drink again. Will play it safe with 2 weeks or so. But thank you!
