Some people have gone through all their notifications one by one to remove them. So if that is worth it you can try that approach

My approach is similar to what i do with gmail. Once it gets to 1000, it quits counting. Gotta have goals. Life is too short to worry about stuff like that.

on the app, go to your profile, go down to communications and Privacy, click on it....find turn off notifications

I went into the settings on my computer and turned a bunch of notification settings off. Hoping that helps, but not sure yet. Will report back. Wish there was an easy way to clear what’s there.

hmmm I don't have any notifications on my computer, you must be using the app on the computer...I just use the webpage on my PC, it's very unobtrusive

I don't allow anything to send me notifications other than a phone call or an actual SMS text, everything else has to wait till I open the app and look at it. I can't stand all the whoops, dings, and bells..they always seemed to occur in the middle of the night, so I shut them down years ago. If it asks if it can send push notifications, I always say no.

I did the same thing Katsolo did to stop and clear. So far it looks like it is working no new ones are showing up. It retains 7 days so in a few more days they should all be gone.
