I am opening my profile to help others hopefully.
I have been eating low carb, no-sugar diet for a week. I can honestly say I can feel a huge difference. My all-day hunger has left. I feel better, and I have lost 5 pounds.
Its amazing and had to share to inspire others.
I never thought I could do this, but I am doing this.
I have to make this lifestyle change for my future and my health.
