I didn’t formally exercise yesterday due to an injured knee but it got better and I ended up doing a few hours of yard work so I got lots of steps. Now I have a bad cold. That’s what I get for bragging about my immune system- it is good but I can still catch stuff from my husband. 2023 was a good year. We moved back home after the hurricane displaced us, reopened the business, I got a good new job, we got a girl dog to make a total of 6 pets, and we got married. happy new year! I hope 2024 brings many blessings!

Thanks everyone and happy new year! Jb I have lots of goals, nothing as exciting as this year, but for a few fs related goals I’d say more running, more tracking, and lose the 5 lbs I just gained (and maybe 5 more).
