ok so i was doing good till today... i went out to eat with james and the kids to pappadeaux and had some grilled salmon dish with crab meat and it was really good... i ate all of it.. i was probably really hungry.. anyways today will be my bad day and now i am going to work out every day of the week i usually take friday and saturdays off but since I didn't work out good today only did two miles am short three miles so i will work out tomorrow for thirty minutes to make up for today and i can probably take off saturday..... and work out on sunday....
and i must eat good.. but i think am going back to 1200 calories..
