If you don’t mind me asking, how did you lose the weight ? I’m stuck at 9 pounds down and trying to pass it. What are the workouts or food that your following. Or plans.

@lynettelopez18 I basically just started paying attention to my intake, tracking EVERYTHING, taking pictures of anything I ate if I wasn’t sure how to log it, etc. Prioritizing higher protein intake and better food options helped a ton too. Learning how to make higher volume foods be low calorie helped me not be starving all the time despite being in a fair deficit. Hope that helps!

Hello, yes that helps a lot thank you ! Did you do any fitness ? Along with it ? If so how many times a week ?

I have a fairly active job and work around 30 hours a week and depending on my motivation levels I’ll maybe hit the gym. (I’ve also been doing a lot of body weight exercises at home) Most days, though, my Tdee is close to my sedentary Tdee and when I do exercise it normally only adds another 200-300 cals.
