I guess I have a new baseline weight now. I used to never want to weigh much over 130. But, after trying a little bulk this winter, I am as comfortable at 136-138 as I was at 130-132. Clothes size has not changed, still wearing a small in everything, although a couple shirts are now a little tight in the shoulders. I’m eating somewhere around maintenance or small deficit almost every day for around a month now. Still seeing progress in my lifting sessions, still doing a good amount of cardio each week. I hope that if I continue this way for a long time I will eventually see a little bit of recomp/fat loss. But I no longer care about weighing less, I don’t see the point anymore.
