Wow! I was hoping (but doubting) that I would make it down to 95.5 kgs by today. Today is my spike day, and I'm gonna stuff my face like a pig, and I would REALLY like to do a new, lowest weigh-in before I start eating, just to better justify the feast. I know - I'm supposed to eat all those calories today, but I still feel bad doing it. Bad habit, I guess. Anyways, when I jumped anxiously on the scale today, severely doubting that I made it (I had to lose 800 grams since yesterday), instead of being 95.5, it was 94.9! This means that I reached me goal - again! :) I am now below 95 kgs, and I have now lost 60 kgs! Wow. Think of it. 60 kgs. When I buy cat litter, we get a sack of 15 kgs, and that one is a pain to drag home. Imagine doing it with 4 of them! Anyways, this is of course very temporary, since today is Spike day. Tomorrow, I will be higher again. That's okay. I think I start seeing a pattern in this - and it seems like it's working! Also, according to my BMI - I am now allowed to call myself "Overweight" - and not "Obese". Life is good. :)
