I made a mistake of taking a trip to the local slaughterhouse to see how meat was made and what I saw made me feel sick. It has been over a month and I can't look at meat without gagging, so I finally decided this morning to go to the closet vegan market and stock up on some tofu...tempeh and seitan....sigh....the struggle is real.
