Day 42 and I have not lost a pound in weeks. I am getting so frustrated. I am eating good. I am exercising 3 days a week, trying to make it more but with my work schedule I am averaging about 3 days/wk. Anyways, I can't lose!! I want to just give up I mean what is the point of dieting if I can't lose any weight? I realize that I have been feeling better. When I ate something out of the norm this past weekend it really made me not feel good. Well, I am going to try and go back on phase 1 as of today and see how long I can make it there again. Maybe it will give my system a little jolt. I don't know on some days I feel like maybe I am not eating enough and as crazy as it sounds I know that you can't lose weight unless you are getting enough food. Ahhh a frustrating couple weeks, I guess I will see what going back to phase 1 will do for me and try to fit in more exercise and go from there. Can't wait til I feel positive about this whole thing again.

Hey ness, have you amped up your workout at all? Often times, we forget to do that and just move in the grind. Remember, your body is super smart! Shock it a little by running faster, or lifting heavier. If your schedule allows for just 3 days, then go with it, just work a little harder. You're stronger than you realize! Good luck!

Joy001 is right, amp things up and by all means go back to Phase I and see what happens. I did and I lost almost 5 pounds again...after the 9 days then go right back to where you left off. You can do this...you did it once and it really isn't as hard as you think it will be. Best of luck!
