On the struggle bus! I was doing ok until May-June. My routine gets jacked up and I just lose all progress, like it never happened lol whyyyy! I've been bouncing around 179-182 the last few weeks and maybe have some health issues idk whatever but I'm still *trying* and down to 177. Coolio, I'll take it. I have a long day way to go to be healthy again, this could happen quickly but it's the emotional eating and physical laziness I need to work thru. It's because my spiritual life is also being worked on cuz I can't do this on my own obviously.
80,3 kg Bisher verloren: 1,3 kg.    Still to go: 16,8 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Maybe join an exercise or weight loss group? I joined a weight loss program via an endocrinologist. Req to join was overweight BMI. Covered by insurance. Saw dietician monthly and doctor periodically. No meds. The in person experts and support was key for me to lose 60 lbs in 8 months. I still see them for maint every 2 mo.I also recently joined a beginner run/walk group where we meet every Weds, and this is key motivation in my maint, being around other healthy, active people.
