Starting Tues 2/23, I will begin a 1000 calorie/day diet. The diet lasts 5 days and then you can eat your normal routine.
You repeat the process once a month, with the intention of losing 5 lbs per mo.
To reach my 1000 calories, I plan to eat fruit, quinoa, meat and vegetables.
