Hard work is paying off. Instead of hitting a set number of calories per day, I am using my Fitbit to aim for at least a 1000 calorie deficit per day. So far it seems to be working. I have a lofty goal of 10,000 steps per day. Most days I don't get there but I do get at least half. On my gig days on the other hand I hit between 15,000 - 20,000 depending how much I jump around on stage LOL. OK back on track, here we go.
