Today I moved stuff around in the living room, and moved my bike where I can use it. I also worked on it until I figured out how to safely get on the bike-- doing this with my ankle still healing was tricky, but I finally got it. I was able to exercise for 5 minutes, and I felt this was a triumph because of not being able to even do four minutes at my physical therapy appointment just a couple days ago. I am getting a little stronger each day. This shows what I already knew.
