I went back to Phase 1, not sure if I will make it all 9 days because of some events that I have coming up but I think I may be down a pound or two. I am just afraid that once I go back to where I was I will gain that right back. I don't know maybe I should look into the Extreme Fat Smash as I want to lose about 20 pounds but being stuck at the same weight for a month is really discouraging. I eat well, I exercise, I have amped up the walking to jogging, I don't know maybe this isn't the right plan for me. I am down weight from when I started sure, but anyone can lose weight on fruits, veggies and brown rice, then once I started to add a little more and only a little, I don't even eat close to what I am allowed, I hold at the same weight. Anyone looked at the extreme fat smash? I would be interested in how people are doing and maybe I should switch over.
