Bad eating last night - way over on points - up 2 pounds instead of down this week - going in the wrong direction - half marathon on Sunday - weekend is here thank goodness. Need to get back on track - have to do it, not just keep saying it - need to change something up at night - stress of long days is getting to me at end of day and I am munching big time - undoing months of hard work - so mad at myself.

Ok so let's see, all I need to do to stay on schedule is lose 4 pounds by Monday! Haha! I am driving the guys down to Miami tonight for a campout - it will be just me and my daughter this weekend and we rented a hotel room on the beach Saturday night because half marathon is early Sunday morning there. She and I are not getting along at all right now which is adding to my stress level - honestly between her being 15 and me believing I may be pre-menopausal (translate into raving lunatic) maybe this weekend sill be a blessing!

Well, let's see, crazier things have happened, so if you drop 4lbs by Monday, I wouldn't be suprised. As for your daughter, I know that I had a rough time as a teenager with my mom, so I hope things get better in your relationship. Good luck on your marathon and maybe, just maybe a hotel room on the beach will be a really good thing for you.
