I made yoghurt and ate it with a drizzle of mankuna honey and a couple of pecans. It was lush! I counted it in but I don't regret the extra calories because I need the calcium and the nuts for their antioxidant properties. I can thoroughly recommend that you make yoghurt from scratch. It tastes nothing like the shop bought stuff. Mega yummy!

Sounds fantastic. I make my own yoghurt occasionally too, Labneh (sieved and pressed yoghurt "cheese") as well. Wonderful to eat if you're not a big milk fan to get your calcium. I also make Paneer which is similar to Labneh but wonderful curried with spinach. Take care!

I make paneer too and make a saag with it. My daughter is married to a Sikh boy so she makes wonderful veggie curries. She gives me lessons in punjabi cookery which is yummy 😋
