I just joined. I have been dieting for 6 months lost 32 lbs but now have hit a plateau. I have arthritis in my knees and walking after 2 is painful. I work part time where I do a lot of walking about 4 hours in a 8 hour shift. so my days off letting my knees rest is a priority. I need to lose weight another 60 lbs so getting past this plateau is depressing me..I dont want to give up but I have been on this plateau for a month now. One other thing Im in menopause so i never know when I am going to get my period or not i noticed the months I dont its always harder to loose weight then the months I do the weight melts down. I know its hormonal but I dont know what I can do. I had toxic hepatitis
so I cant take any medications except a arthritis pill and I replace my vitamin D and E with supplements. Please help the one thing I know I am guilty of is portion size.. I also have a problem with hunger in the evenings.
