Off the rails for way too long on my diet. I'm back on and have been for a few weeks. I gained almost all of my weight back (I think by the way my clothes fit but I could fit in the "normal" busch gardens seat and not the big and tall one, last time the having to use the big seat was my wake up call.) but I'm not weighing myself for a while yet. I was too hung up on the numbers and I should be worried about how I feel and how my clothes fit. I know I've dropped about a size so far. I've been in ketosis for 4 or so weeks and I'm just prodding along.
