Easy walk for 30 minutes this morning. Back up half a pound. Should be past this plateau within a couple days. One pound of fat takes up about the same amount of space as a box of butter - the kind with the sticks of butter in it. Here's an interesting little site about fat. One Pound of FatI've determined that I want as little of this nasty stuff in me as I can tolerate. LOL! Pound of Fat PicDidn't do so well this evening. Wife made spaghetti, and it was delicious as usual; and I ate too much - also as usual. Probably killed a day's worth of RDI in one meal. Oh well; tomorrow's another day.
