I can feel my dedication to the weight loss battle starting to die out. I go through these cycles but when I get to this point I am usually down closer to 180. I am still about 7 or 8 lbs from that point now. Maybe this is just spring fever who knows. Tomorrow is another day, let's see if I can pick the battle up anew tomorrow. I have a weigh-in scheduled with my doctor on Monday so I have to at least go to that point, after that I believe it will be time for a little break, or perhaps I'll get a second wind - who knows.

You're half way to your goal, don't give in now. You can do this. Maybe looking into other WOE can help you stick to your plan. If you stray off the path, it's ok, just get right back on track.

Thanks for the encouragement, SeaRoyhill - I'm giving it a couple more weeks then maybe I will take a break. I may just be discouraged at how the rate loss has slowed. I'll see if that is it within the next week or so.
