Im feeling a bit better today I did a clear liquid, vegetable and fruit thing yesterday.It help a bit down a lb. and although I'm still cramping and have a heavy flow I feel there is an end in sight... while researching menopausal issues yesterday I found out that there is such a thing called phantom periods... when you get all the signs you have with your period but you don't bleed. I found this interesting because I have been saying all along that I feel like I have my period and everyone thought I was crazy and said its like when someone loses a leg or arm and still think its there, they can feel it.. so it was all in my head.. I guess in a way they are right but yet so am I because I do feel on these months I don,t get it as if I do. The other interesting thing is I belong to another sight that has great charting.. I noticed when I feel these symptom I always get a weight increase spike. Around the time I should normal get my period. I'm just glad that there is such a thing and these months when I don't get it I will have a better understand of why and hopefully I wont be so depressed over the weight gain or bloating and water retention.
